By purchasing from Pyroven Labs, you represent and warrant that you are:

- In compliance with all federal, state, and local laws in your jurisdiction

5. Certificate of Analysis
Pyroven Labs provides a Certificate of Analysis (COA) for each product batch upon request. Purity is guaranteed at 99%+ unless otherwise stated.
6. Refund & Returns Policy
Due to the nature of research chemical products, all sales are final. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@pyrovenlabs.com.
7. Limitation of Liability
Pyroven Labs shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of our products. By purchasing, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pyroven Labs, its owners, and affiliates from any claims arising from misuse of these products.
8. Shipping & Export
Pyroven Labs ships within the United States only. The purchaser is solely responsible for ensuring compliance with the laws of their jurisdiction. We do not ship to locations where these products are prohibited.

Pyroven Labs reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
