Returns Policy

All Sales Final
Due to the nature of research-grade chemical compounds, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been fulfilled.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@pyrovenlabs.com with your order number, a photo of the item and packaging, and a description of the issue. If approved, we will issue a replacement or store credit.
Lost Packages
If your package is marked delivered but not received, contact us within 5 days and we will work with the carrier to investigate. Pyroven Labs is not responsible for packages stolen after delivery confirmation.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After that, orders enter fulfillment and cannot be cancelled. Email support@pyrovenlabs.com immediately if you need to cancel.
